Cody said the work was supposed to take 3 or 4 days, but the business had his vehicle for 15 days. He said he noticed that there were a lot of vehicles at this business and he thought they were overbooked. He said the estimator told him they were waiting on the insurance company. He heard from the insurance company that same day. He said he thought they were really busy and if he had known it was going to take so long he would have asked the insurance company for a rental. He said it was okay. His vehicle wasn't completely clean when they returned it. They cleaned his vehicle on the inside and they vacuumed it, and the outside and rims were washed, but the inside of the trunk where the taillight was broken had not been cleaned. There were plastic pieces and dirt all over the inside of the trunk. He said he appreciates that they cleaned the rest of his vehicle, but they didn't seem to pay attention to details. There is a gap between the trunk and the fender. The trunk release makes a loud clunk when it opens, but it did not do that before. He told them about the issues. He said they should have caught the issues with the trunk because they had his vehicle for so long. They fixed it right away while he waited.
