Chase said his overall experience with them could've been better. His vehicle was delayed a few times. There was no promised time. It took longer than anticipated. His vehicle wasn't returned in a clean condition. There were fingerprints on the back seat, also dust in the vehicle. They were supposed to call him Monday about a part. He still hasn't heard from them. He's going to call them today. He said he thought he heard about them from seeing a billboard.
