She said this business was doing a recall for lock fluid, but she had asked that the back door locks be checked because they weren't working but they did not do it. She had to ask about it during her second visit. She said she didn't know if the locks were checked then, but they gave her a quote. She would recommend this business to others because they do a good job. She said it is helpful to have access to a loaner vehicle. She was going to go to a business in Tacoma because she works in Tacoma, but they didn't have loaner vehicles, so she chose this business instead. She had a pretty pleasant experience, they do a good job, and they usually fix the vehicle.
