Henry said he has purchased vehicles from Chris Bond and this business for about 15 to 20 years. He said Karl takes care of all the financing and Joe Elliot gave him a guided tour of the new service department. The business is pretty sharp about their presentation of the vehicles. He said he knows a couple of the mechanics. He gave one of them a very valuable machine. The business could serve him better by reducing the price of Toyota vehicles a little bit. He said he is very satisfied with the whole business. Everything was great, especially their friendly customer service.

Raymond said the business promised some equipment upgrades and he did not get them. When he brought it to the attention of the service department all they said was that they messed up and they were sorry, but they did not fix the problem. He said that part of the experience really upset him and his wife.

Daryllyn said she was completely satisfied overall. She said she had to return because the vehicle smelled sour, but they fixed it. It had been detailed but they didn't dry it. They changed the oil, but they didn't reset the engine maintenance light. She said it was sort of inconvenient because she has already returned once and she has to find the time to come again. She was completely satisfied with the communication, but when she scheduled the appointment some things she had asked them to check were done and some weren't, so she had to follow up on them herself. She said this business was doing a recall for lock fluid, but she had asked that the back door locks be checked because they weren't working but they did not do it. She had to ask about it during her second visit. She said she didn't know if the locks were checked then, but they gave her a quote. She would recommend this business to others because they do a good job. She said it is helpful to have access to a loaner vehicle. She was going to go to a business in Tacoma because she works in Tacoma, but they didn't have loaner vehicles, so she chose this business instead. She had a pretty pleasant experience, they do a good job, and they usually fix the vehicle.
