"Replace a battery"
The car had a dead battery. The technician was able to jumpstart it, bring it to Exxon and replace the battery without the radio controls etc having to be re-programmed. A very efficient fix.

"Friendly staff and excellent service."
I was referred by a friend, so I trust Great Falls Exxon to give me great service at a fair price. There was one mistake made the last time I brought my car there, which was due to miscommunication. I received a free estimate for repairs, but one service person thought the other had quoted me a price when he didn't. So I did not find out what I owed until after the repairs were completed. It was partly my fault for not asking for a quote, before okaying the repairs by text.

Vick said everything went well with this business. He has no serious complaints other than it took them significantly longer than they told him it would take. They told him it would take two hours to complete but it took three and a half hours, which would not be a big deal but he had to sit at the business the whole time. Other than that, he appreciates their quality work and thinks they are an asset to their community.

Oil & Filter change, Tire rotation check engine status light. All were acceptable but worksheet odometer was incorrect by 3000 miles. This was corrected and the vehicle odometer was accurate

"Dedication to getting the service right!"
My Cadillac CTS-V was given its 100,000 mile service by Saman and his team. That service included replacing the water pump, which was leaking and causing the "low coolant level" light to come on on a daily basis. After the service, the light still illuminated daily, necessitating adding more water to the surge tank and two more trips back to the station. Without hesitation, Saman took the car back in and had Alex check and replace old hose clamps until the situtation was resolved satisfactorily. It cost us the time and gas for the extra trips, but now we have assurance that the problem is fixed.
