Spoke with Nancy. She said she was not completely satisfied with her overall service experience or the quality and would not recommend this business for service because this is the third diagnosis they have been wrong about on the same problem. She will definitely be demanding a refund for the incorrect service they performed on her vehicle.

Nancy, It is certainly nerve racking when a check engine light comes on. The check engine light or Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) is your cars computer telling you there is something wrong. With your particular vehicle the light will continue to come on until all the problems have been corrected. We are so sorry to hear that you are frustrated. Your husband was our point of contact with this repair and we explained to him in depth everything that was happening with the car. We presented our service plan to him to repair the immediate concerns and keep it maintained so it is road worth. Please give us a call at 714 847 5600 so we can go over the service plan with you as well. We want everyone to be on the same page.
