Spoke with Gordan. He said he would only rate his overall experience with a 3 because he was not satisfied with the communication between him and his service advisor. He waited for a phone call regarding the difference in price for a part. The previous time, the cost was $220, but the price he was told this time was $315. However, he never received a phone call explaining the difference in the price. Gordan would recommend that when there is a price difference on a service or part, a business person should call the customer.
