Connie said the staff looked over her vehicle, an older vehicle. They found a few things which needed to be fixed. The staff has good communication. The business could serve her better by providing information regarding additional services beyond an oil change service. She would like to know what to expect, and what service may be needed to be maintained. She likes to work with the same service advisor. She likes getting to know one person for service, and it makes it easier to communicate. She appreciates the level of service and support she receives working with one representative.
