William said he did not have a good experience with the business. He arrived unannounced and dropped his vehicle off. It was very hard to get a hold of his service advisor and it took a day and a half to get the updates for his vehicle. When he did get in contact with his service advisor, he would try to sell him service he did not need at that moment. When he picked his vehicle up, the check engine light was still on and they did not do the service he brought the vehicle in for. His perception of them is they are always very busy and expensive.
