Ray said there is always room for improvement. This business could serve him better by being more thorough on their diagnosis. He mentioned about six to eight months ago he was experiencing an issue with his vehicle where sometimes it would not start. They suggested a full tune up but after that it was still doing the same thing. He looked at the vehicle himself and saw one of the battery leads was not tight. He tightened it himself and the vehicle has been fine since.
