Pam said the business provided good service, but their questions seem to be cumbersome. She has to explain why she is there behind the counter and then she has to repeat herself again to the service advisor. Then he goes out to diagnose the vehicle and by this time she is now delayed. She just wants to come in and out and not be repetitive. They should have better communication between the employees to serve the customer in a timely fashion.
