Scott said he came in because the vehicle was making a squeaky sound but after they fixed it was gone and the vehicle sounded brand new. He said he wasn't completely satisfied with communication between him and his advisor because when he came in for the appointment he had noted that he wanted an oil change also while the vehicle was in for service but instead they only addressed one problem. However, they did accommodate him by having him come in early in the morning the next day. He also said there was no Triple A sign posted anywhere while he checked out. They should ask and make sure if the customer is a Triple A member instead of having to ask them. He said to keep up the good work and well done.
