Kimberly said the business misquoted the price for service. This business told her she would be paying around $150 to $300 for service, but she ended up paying $1,200. She cannot elaborate at this time on the quality of service because she just got her vehicle back. This business needs to be better at accurately estimating the price for service.

Kimberly, it is unfortunate that your daughter filled her gas tank with diesel. When the vehicle was initially towed in, we had informed you that we would need to diagnose the extent of the damage and then call you with an estimate to repair it. Once we discovered that the tank had been filled and the diesel fuel ran through the system for a lengthy time, we presented you with our findings and your options. We are so glad you decided to do the right thing and fix the vehicle properly.
