Lisa said everything was good. She said her radio has not been working since they replaced her alternator. She has not had time to contact them or return because she has been out of town and she had to leave in a hurry to get her daughter to an appointment. Her service advisor was very helpful, but she was not completely satisfied with the communication because her service advisor did not contact her in a timely manner to let her know the status of the vehicle. She said she does not fault her because there was nothing to report, but since she was told her vehicle would be ready by 4pm, she expected a call. She said she contacted her service advisor twice and she was told the vehicle was not ready until a little before closing time. Her service advisor was super nice and professional. She suggested they could serve her better by checking the details after the service. She said her alternator was replaced, so they should have checked to see that all the electrical equipment was working and they would have found her radio was not working. She said everyone was very professional and she will definitely return.
