Mike said communication was good but it took 6 hours to diagnose and he had to call them before they called him. His service advisor told him it would take an hour or two to find out what was wrong, so Mike called after 4 hours. The person in charge was at lunch and returned his call 2 hours later. Mike stated that's why it took 6 hours, but other than that, everything was great. His vehicle seems to be running well. His buddy recommended this business.
