Melvin said before coming into the business he called and they said to come right in because they weren't busy. He got there about 1:30 pm and waited for his vehicle. Once they had already done the oil change, his service advisor came out to ask him whether he wanted a new oil filter. He had to wait another 30 minutes just for the oil filter. They pulled up his vehicle and he stood in front of the receptionist desk but she couldn't find the keys to his vehicle. Finally they were able to find them inside his vehicle, so he got in and drove off. He notice they didn't punch his card in order to get a free oil change. Melvin drove back and had them punch it. He said if his service advisor would have been on top of things then they would have remembered to punch his card. He mentioned a dark haired girl that works at this business has always been really efficient.
