Lenny said he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience because his turn signal is not working correctly and he has to push on it very hard. He did not give them a rating of a five because he does not like the fact that he has to set an appointment to pick up his vehicle but he would not elaborate. He stated the courtesy of his service advisor was really nice. He mentioned he was not completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on his vehicle because of the turn signal issue. He added he has always recommended this service center for service. He said he would like to be contacted by Jose about his issues when possible. He stated Kelly and Jose were very helpful and they did a good job. He mentioned it is a very nice and professional shop. He stated he would like to tell John hello from Lenny.
