Johnny said the work performed on the ignition coils was fine. They did not give a time when the vehicle would be ready. His wife dealt with the service advisor. He was not satisfied with the communication because they had a backlog of work and did not return his calls. Had they done so, he might have known when to expect the vehicle to be ready. He will continue to go back for service work, but he suggests they step up their level of communication.
