Dan said when his vehicle was done, the business pulled it to the front. He had to wait for the service advisor to come with the paper work, which took 10 minutes. He said he would rather have his vehicle brought to the front when it is ready. For them to serve him better, they should put blinds on the windows in the waiting room because of the bright sun in the mornings.
