Herb said the service was good but they couldn't get a part for his taillight and decided to order it through a different business. He went through an old box and found a part that fits perfectly with the taillight but they are still insisting he pays $16 for the part they ordered. It took 30 to 45 minutes longer than expected because Julie Ann had to test drive the vehicle. The quality of work was good with the exception of the part he had to pay for.
