Frank said that his service went fine. His vehicle was delayed from a Friday until Tuesday because the part they had was defective and they had to order another part. He thought that this business was just replacing the clutch for the AC but when he looked at the vehicle he noticed that they also installed a compressor. He was a little confused about that because they never mentioned that they were going to install a compressor. Due to this reason he wasn't completely satisfied with the communication between him and his service advisor.

Jose and Frank spoke after the repairs and cleared up the confusion. The vehicle received the correct repairs at a good price and everyone is happy with the final result.
