Terri said she appreciated that she did not have to wait too long for her vehicle. They were efficient, the price was good and the customer service was great. She suggested they could serve her better by lowering the price for the diagnostic. She also suggested they could serve her better by letting her speak to the technician who is going to work on her vehicle instead of going through the service advisor.
