Steve said two years ago this business replaced the starter in his vehicle for $600 and he had to have the same service performed on this visit. It's not standard for starters to only work for two years and he is concerned about the quality of the part. He questions whether the starter they put in his vehicle was a new part or a rebuilt part because this business showed no concern about the part only working for that two years.
