Tanvir said they changed the delivery dates 3 times. It was difficult for him to work around that. They were polite and persistent. The vehicle was first promised to be ready on a Friday but was postponed to the following Wednesday. It was then rescheduled again for Thursday because they were late ordering parts. They did not finish up with the vehicle on Thursday because of the late part so it was reschedule again to Friday. He picked up his vehicle Friday at 6pm. However, the vehicle was returned the way he left it, they didn't clean it.
