Rachel said she is very upset because she was told she would have her vehicle on Friday. She took her rental vehicle back at the end of the day on Friday and they called and told her that the vehicle would not be ready until Monday because they needed to order a bracket. She said that was not true and the bracket was not put on when she picked her vehicle up, so now she has to go back in and get the part put on. After this visit she will not recommend this business.
