Rory said the work performed on his vehicle seems fine but when he went to pick it up from Progressive, the business had done some damage to the back of the vehicle so he had to take it back to get it fixed. The quality of the work performed was good. He does not think his vehicle was returned in a clean condition because of the damage that was done to the back. He is unsure if he was satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because he never dealt with anybody there. He is unsure if he was satisfied with the appearance of the business because he never went to the business.
