Perry said his vehicle was not ready on time. He brought it in on Wednesday and he was supposed to get it back on Friday. The vehicle was not ready until Tuesday. The business was overloaded and he was going to take his vehicle over to Tacoma for repairs, but they did the work at this business instead. He said he asked for a quote on his taillight, but the representative never contacted him about it. There was no follow up and the communication was poor. He said he understands that this business is very busy.
