James said the business damaged some of the parts. They didn't meet any of the deadlines. When painting the vehicle some of the areas were missed. The vehicle wasn't repaired to his satisfaction because of everything that has been noted. James explained he was given several completion dates that weren't met. He didn't share the total length of the delay. He wasn't given a reason for the delays. He was not satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism because when the complaints were made the staff didn't take James seriously. They treated his concerns as a joke. It wasn't until the end he received an apology for the parts being broken. Due to this experience the business wouldn't receive a recommendation.
