Dorothy said they were very attentive to the needs of the vehicle. The repair took 2 weeks, but it was a quality job and the service was very good. The body repair to the passengers' front door where it meets the right front fender is not flush. The passenger door mirror needed repair and now it does not appear to be on the same swing angle as the driver's mirror. It does not close simultaneously and the passenger door mirror seems to be closer. The passenger seatbelt was locked in place, which made it inoperable.
