Anne said the business personnel did a good job and she brought her vehicle in to have it checked over, but it was not repaired on the first visit. Also, she had to come back a second time to get her keys. The shop person said she had them in her drawer, but she had not called her because she thought they were extra keys. Anne called to find out about her keys, but she had to go without them for a weekend. She said her vehicle was not cleaned in the trunk, but the rest of the vehicle was cleaned. Anne was not satisfied with the way the insurance company handled her claim because she was told that the rental vehicle would be free of charge, but she had to pay $14.95 per day. She was disappointed that she had to pay for the rental.
