Spoke with Mitra. She said Progressive Insurance told her the vehicle was going to be ready and she should be expecting a call from this business so she could pick it up. No one from this business called her until she had to initiate the call herself. She was told the vehicle would be ready at 5:15 pm but they close at 5:30 pm. It took 24 hours longer than promised because of lack of communication. They should have more conversations and know that their customers are expecting a call as well as being more considerate of customers who work during the week.
