"Another successful repair"
I jokingly told Jake that he must creep my Facebook page to know when I'm going to be out of town. He sends gremlins to do damage to my 9 year old car! LOL This is my fave car ever, and I hate to part with it; thus, it's getting older and things are happening more frequently. Once again LD Automotive came to the rescue and repaired my car with professionally and quickly. No, I don't like spending the money, but I do feel confident that it is repaired properly and with a fair price point. I'll be back again...hopefully it will be a while though! LOL

Sam said this was the third time he has gone to this facility, to have his oil changed and he always brings his own oil. He said he usually deals with one specific employee and he always charges him the same rate. This time it was a different employee and he tried to charge him a different rate. He said it was a hassle and if the employee he usually deals with had not come along and charged him the correct price, he would of had to pay extra. He also said they delayed his vehicle for 45 minutes to an hour.

I have used them a few times and had good experiences. They address the current issue and let you know of other issues to address in the future. No pressure and work was done quickly.

"Very helpful, professional, and friendly"
The guys at L.D. Automotive were always professional and friendly when I set up an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection. They walked me through the process and they told me everything they found over the phone with a promise not to tell the seller. It was very helpful to get their opinion and they very thoroughly checked the car. They also had the most competitive price for this type of inspection in the Frisco area. Thank you L.D. Automotive!

"The Best!!"
As always everyone at L&D Automotives were great from start to finish! My car has over 300,000 miles on it and the certified mechanics here take excellent care of her
They always go the extra mile they replaced a light bulb for me (it was the original one) Might not seem big but it's the little things that mean a lot because it was thoughtful. Jake, Aaron and all of you I speak Blessings for you and your families. You all are the Best!!
