Never answer or return phone calls
Hello my name is Stephanie Mitchell and I have a 2018 Hyundai accent. I have brought me car in numerous times I've the past couple of years for oils changes, tire rotation and a few other things and always get great service while I am there and I don't feel I am over charged but here is my problem, no one hardly ever answers the phone or calls you back. I have been waiting for about 2+ months for a phone call back on a part that's on order. I was told it would take a couple weeks but we are now going on a couple of months, this was told to me in May 2023 it's now July. I was assured this was something covered under my warranty but that it needed to be fixed soon since my warranty is coming close to it's expiration date yet I'm still waiting for my call that the part has come in. I feel like even if the part arrives after my expiration date it should still be covered since it was diagnosed before the warranty ran out, it is not my fault that it takes a while for the part to come in and is definitely not my fault that no one seems to know how to pick up the phone. I don't like the idea that you are all too busy to call but not too busy to text your customers and I don't get how sometimes when I call the voicemail says you are experiencing a high volume of calls and sometimes it says you are experiencing phone difficulties, you have been experiencing phone difficulties for 2 years?? I don't think so. I feel like I am being ignored so that when I finally get a can be told that I will have to pay for something my warranty should cover because the issue is being fixed after my warranty expires. I will try one more time to reach out to the office but if I do not hear back from someone I feel I will have no choice but to reach out to the corporate office.
