Surprised at Service Report
We recently brought our 2006 Hyundai Elantra in for an oil change, etc. Later that day we received a service report telling us about all the things that needed to be fixed. We were VERY surprised, because we were told that several things were in bad condition and were told that we needed to bring in the vehicle and get them repaired. The problem is that these were the very same things we just had re paired at our family repair shop.....Just had the work done in the last few weeks! Are we not to suspect your people of making up their report.....or did they not really check out our engine, etc. and just said these things? Up until now we were praising your dealership to everyone.....Not so sure now.
