Thomas said he likes this business, and the people. He also likes the way they handled the insurance, and their location is perfect for him. He added, he thinks the business could manage the time better. He has had to bring vehicles back, when all the work could not be finished by the promise date. He would rather have a longer promise date, than have to go back for the completion. This time the vehicle was a week late, due to a part. He also stated, he thanks the business for the automated updates, but thinks the longer repairs deserve a more personal touch.
