Derek said his vehicle took way too long to be completed by this business. His vehicle took nearly 3 to 4 weeks longer than what was initially anticipated due to a delay in parts. This was very inconvenient for him and unreasonable. He was not kept in contact throughout the repair process, instead he was required to contact them to find out any information. He did not deal with his estimator, David because his insurance handled the payment process. He will not recommend them to others due to reasons already stated.
