Lindsay said she had to call this business two or three times to get updates. Every time she called, they told her a later completion date. The repair took a total of two weeks. They did not provide specific reasons for the delay but told her about parts and paint being ordered. She had to get a rental vehicle and the delay caused her stress figuring out how long she needed it and how to pay for it. Since the repair, her aftermarket horn is not working correctly. The wires seem to be crossed and the tones are not correct. This business has room for improvement in regards to communication.
