Spoke with Allison. She said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because the business damaged the under carriage of her vehicle and it was leaking and they insisted it was not their fault. It in fact was the business's fault and she would never recommend them. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and she does not know why. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because the women at the front desk were awful, just typically uneducated, unrefined and should not be working with the public. She chose not to evaluate the business's communication because there was no communication between them and herself. She would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated. She wrote to the Better Business Bureau about this business.
