I took my husbands car in to get the gears aligned and the Technician had found to only have been a loose bolt. I was expecting to pay at least a 1 hour service charge and he didn't charge me anything! I was so dumbfounded as this has never happened to us let alone ever heard of a mechanic not charging for his time...wowzers. So we tipped the Technician $20!
