We are so sorry for the miscommunication, if fact we did have a lot of cars that day and the technician did do your oil change. The miscommunication was in charging you for the oil change. Our mistake, but Thank you for being understanding. Gives us some feedback to make us better.
But, I did feel that there was some miscommunication on how long the car would be there. Also, they forgot the requested oil change, but also didn't charge me for it. So, that's a wash.
