Michael said he did not rate his overall experience with this business higher than a 3, because he has to return to this business for them to do a paint touch-up. He chose not to go into additional details regarding the touch-up. Michael stated this business did a good job, and when people see his vehicle they ask him where he got the work done.

Customer had their VW Beetle painted with a custom color. He requested they we install some trim that he brought and we did as he instructed. When he showed up, he was not happy with the look of the trim and he ripped it from the side of the vehicle and said that he was just going to purchase some decals instead. After tearing the trim from the vehicle, he asked the shop manager to touch up some spots because of the trim removal. Manager agreed and customer left happy.
