"Honest and reliable .... "
... and that's all I ask. It's great that they are open on Saturday. I've used them twice. Did what they said they'd do and checked their work before sending me off. Not the cheapest; but I'd rather have good than cheap. No complaints so far.

Catherine said the people were very friendly and willing to help her. She was charged for a diagnosis, but they could not determine what was causing the oxygen issue. She said she wanted this business to replace the fuel filter and clean the fuel injectors, but they wanted to wait until they knew exactly what was wrong. Her vehicle has 170,000 miles on it, and it needed the fuel filter and fuel injectors serviced anyway.

Your car was not having the problem when it came in the shop. There were no codes at all in the computer. The only reason it did not pass emission was it was not ready for testing. There was not a current problem to diagnose so it wasn't that we couldn't tell what the problem was, there was no problem at the time. If your check engine light happens to come on we will be glad to look at it further. Thanks for your business. We really appreciate it.

Mike said he had to take his vehicle back in because the bearings that were put on made the vacuum pack rub against his rotors. He said he straightened it out. He said he realized that it was a difficult job. Everything was great.

Mike, we installed those bearings on the bench without the car here. A backing plate is checked when you install the rotors. The bearings were pressed in correctly. If we would have performed the complete repair the technician would made the proper adjustment at the proper time and pushed that plate back to the right clearance. This is why most shops won't do bench work any more.
