I was caring for an ill brother and needed to take him to a very important doctor appt , you fixed my car and we were able to make his appt.
Sadly,he passed and on my way home from his memorial service my car started acting up, I drove straight to the care shop and told you how badly I needed my car for work the next morning at 7am.
You took care of the problem ( alternator) and I was on my way by 7:05
