Shawna said the quality of the work was not good. There were scratches on the bumper and they should have put on a new bumper cover. There was debris in the paint and the overcoat was sprayed on the tires. She would not recommend them for reasons stated.

Darrell said this facility was great but they forgot to do a couple of things. There was some debris on the door and they replaced one of the signal light bulbs but it was the wrong color.

Spoke with Eleanor. She said that this business did a super duper job. She can not even tell that her vehicle was in an accident. Her vehicle is nice and shiny, and they had finished her repairs a day early.

Staci said the staff member who helped her was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to make sure they were able to pick up their vehicle when the rental agency was giving them a problem. They stayed late in order for them to be able to pick the vehicle up.

Kenneth said it was recommended by the insurance business. When he arrived for an estimate, he sat around waiting for the meeting to get through in order to get an estimate done. He had an appointment set up as well which irritated him. It was done ahead of time. He is not satisfied with the way the insurance company handled this incident.

Lori said there was some confusion regarding an appointment. The receptionist called her to ask why she had not brought her vehicle in the day before for her scheduled appointment. She told the receptionist she did not have an appointment and she was going to get a call as to when the parts would come in. The receptionist told her again that she did have an appointment and handed her to Des. He told her she was right about not having an appointment but he just wanted to take a picture of the license plate. He took care of everything, followed up with her and called her when the parts came in. She really enjoyed working with him. The vehicle was done earlier than promised.

Spoke with Mary. She stated that everything in regards to this business fixing her vehicle was great. However, she was told that she'd have a rental vehicle but they weren't clear and told her she'd be responsible for paying for it when she thought it would be free of charge. She told the receptionist about the misunderstanding and she was really snobby about it and found she didn't provide her with the best customer service. She said other than that, everything was great and they were more helpful. She stated that there was nothing for them to inform her of. She wasn't satisfied with the insurance company who handled her claim as she had to pay a deductible even though it wasn't her fault, and said they weren't very helpful. She mentioned they waved the deductible but didn't tell her, and also wouldn't pay for the rental vehicle.
