Service
This place varies. Some of the people like Mike the Service Mgr. are on top of the game but others appear to lack people skill from the Service writers to the Cashiers. The odd thing is that Wilson's operation in Costa Mesa doesn't seem to have this problem. The last two Toyotas we purchased were from other dealerships due to the arrogance of the sales people. I'm sure it's not all, but a few. I don't like giving a less than positive review but maybe it will help.
Good luck guys. We will continue to live in HB.
