"Great service -- would be great if you took American Express."
Service was great, work appears great as well, and owner / staff are very friendly and attentive. Grateful for all that.
Not pleased that you do not take American Express. I know the reasons, though honestly I think it's imperative that a business makes it as easy as possible for customers to pay. This policy does not. For the minimal extra cost, I'd think your misc,. supplies fee of 10% should be able to cover that for those who choose to use AmEx. Additionally, when calling to inform of cost of a repair, it would be helpful to mention any diagnostic fees as well. Totally understandable charge, just made the bill $120 higher than expected when I arrived to pay. Overall, really like your work and doing business with you! Would love you to address that AmEx thing though. Thank you!!

Excellent service on repair / replacement of two seat belts eaten by my dog. They also found a solution for an additional problem my vehicle has with the tow hitch, a less expensive more feasible solution.

Tim said they were great at this facility. He told them he thought that they would have to replace something on his vehicle that was going to cost him a lot of money. Rather than charge him and say yes, they said no that he didn't have to do this repair yet, but down the road, yes, he would eventually need it. They were 100 percent honest. He trusts his vehicle when he drops it off at this business.

"Ben's Caring Attitude."
Last week I was out running errands before heading to work. I had no reason to believe my car would stop working, but it did. A very kind businessman who could not help me told me about Wrench and walked me through a construction site to show me where it was. Ben was at the desk, and from the second I arrived, he listened with concern, explained what would need to happen, explained what pricing would be, and very kindly helped me with transportation needs. My car was ready exactly when he said it would be. I appreciate the device he and Wrench provided and would highly recommend this business to others!
