2024 Calligraphy

Only had the vehicle for 1 month, bought new, have only owned Lexus and Nissan products, hoping this Hyundai will last me at least 10 years, so far so good, back seat seat belts are troublesome for my grandchildren to buckle themselves, they are too far down in the seat. Would love a recommendation on how to remedy this.

Palade, Calligraphy, 2024

I would highly recommend the Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. We love the room. We love the quality of the vehicle. We’ve drove it back-and-forth to from Missouri to Texas. My grandkids love how much room it has in it. I would like to see the adjustable headrest with ease with the button to where you could pull it forward or backward and up and down come back. I really miss my head rest from my other vehicle as this one makes your head come forward and it does not put you in proper alignment so that is frustrating to me as well as I would’ve had less interference than that completely satisfied, would highly recommend this vehicle to family and friends as my mother-in-law bought a palisade limited, and she is still in love with it as well

Good suv

Good vehicle and I've driven 2023 palisade too, it's a reliable car. I always use it for long distance travel with the family and has enough spacious for family to easily ride on long distance trips..

Great SUV with some room for improvement

Overall, we really like our 2024 Palisade. We like the styling, interior space for passengers and cargo, and the premium feel of the interior. But it good have more technology in it's drivetrain for better MPG, less road noise, a better stereo, more than one data port for a usb, and needs wireless android auto and apple carplay. The cup holders also are not great.

My sales person was the GREATEST but the finance team was not transparent

I am very pleased with my purchase. My salesperson was very professional. He was also transparent and did not try to sale me anything I didn't want. The finance guy was the exact opposite. I won't ever deal again.

3-Row in Affordable Luxury

A very good affordable 3-row SUV with plenty of storage and driving features. It's a good family vehicle and the gas tank is generally less than $50 to fill up on a road trip. My kids enjoy the extra space and the ride quality is smooth enough to have them sleeping in 45 mins or less.

It was a vey easy and comfortable process working with the dealership. They also called to follow up after the purchase.

I love the vehicle. It would be good to have more interior colors to choose from. The two colors are not enough. Also, the interior front styling should have more options - such as a darker dash, etc. The front of the vehicle is beautiful but the back sides by the 3rd row looks like a hearse.

I've only had the vehicle for a month. Contact me in a year for a more inclusive survey

I have only had the vehicle for a month and currently have less than 1500 miles on it. Contact me in a year and my opinions may be different . One item I'm very concerned about is I ordered the vehicle with a hitch and wiring harness. It is important that it be installed by May 1, 2024. The dealer hasn't been able to give me any firm information about meeting my requirements. The completion of this item could influence any survey I complete in terms of dealer service and if the hitch is installed how the vehicle performs when towing.

Too Wide

My Garage like most standard garages have a 94 inch wide opening. The Palisade is 96 inches from mirror to mirror which necessitates pulling in the drivers side mirror when backing into the garage Aside from that I really like this car with the exception of the grill design I think it's too boxy

Great overall vehicle for the family

This is a great overall vehicle as my wife's daily driver and for the entire family on the weekends. Very comfortable, plenty of performance from this size platform, fairly fuel efficient if you're into that sort of thing.

Love the car

I love the car. I wish I could have afforded the Calligraphy Trim. I will eventually. I also wish the price was a bit more affordable. The warranty is great though. Comes with blue link and Sirius which is great! Gas milage could be better. Overall I am satisfied.

Satisfactory

The car runs well and rides well - my wife likes it and I haven't had to fix anything on it so it is great - she drives it not me. Really .....I have to type more to satisfy this survey because I don't have enough to say good or bad - that is beginning to change

Need to work on paint job and exterior panels

I have problems on paint all the time . This is my second new car from same dealership . And they don’t even have the color I want and not even provided some of the stuff that other car dealer give when you purchase new car

Would be 5 out of 5 if the entertainment system would remember radio presets

We really want to like this car. Everything about it is stellar EXCEPT it will not save radio presets on any profile, despite following the instructions in the manual, watching YouTube video tutorials, and consulting Reddit. This is a BASIC feature of a car that has been around for decades. That we are unable to get this work casts serious doubts in my mind on the rest of the technology operating in my vehicle. It is akin to the dirty folding tray on an airplane. If they cannot get that right, what else is broken?

Poor assembly, driver's door issues

Vehicle is amazing, however it has assembly problems. There is an annoying sound like loose screws without tightening, it seems like the door is going to break, like an old car. I have HarmaKardon sound but I can't use it because of the terrible door sound.

disappointed

within 3 weeks drove it from Houston to Albuquerque and back. nice ride, comfortable but controls are difficult to figure out; the screen is not intuitive and hazardous to use when driving; it is position too far to the right which forces you to take eyes off the road. windshield got hit by small pebbles and immediately cracked. My 2012 Veracruz(bought new) has over 200,000 miles and no cracks even though I used it for work in construction sites. rear speakers have little to no volume even though I have the fade to rear all the way up. for passing vehicles need to set to SPORT mode to get the required acceleration otherwise sluggish. ECO mode is great for gas mileage on interstates. i dislike the symbols on the steering wheel; hard time deciphering them. finally got cruise control figured but i hate the automatic engine braking to slow down for vehicle in front (does it light up the rear tail lights??) I would like to speak with Hyundai technical about all the little stuff I discovered on my trip about this vehicle.

Playing catch up

This car has potential, but it trips up over its own feet. Little things could be changed that would make this a great vehicle, but Hyundai needs to spend time putting in a new transmission and engine.

Drives Great, but too many inconveniences within

I upgrade from my Santa Fe to the best Palisade, Calligraphy. I was sooo disappointed that there was no sun glass holder, small cup holders in front, very small area for storage and especially the need to have my phone plugged in to access Apple Car Play!

Good SUV for the money

I am disappointed in the quality of the leather and the driver's assist. I backed into my husband's truck two weeks after I bought the vehicle. Also, the right-side mirror is not indicating when there is a hazard on the right side of the car.
