Great vehicle from a great dealership

We test drove a Pallisade, Pilot, Telluride, and a highlander at different respective dealerships. We found that for the price, driving experience, and style, the Pallisade was superior to the other vehicles. Gavin Mapes at the Graham Auto Mall in Mansfield, OH was our sales person and he consistently went above and beyond to make the buying experience as enjoyable as possible.

Pure joy

Love the ride

Hyundai makes great cars and my first SUV is this Palisade. I love it!! 2024 SEL! The calligraphy was wonderful but too much in price. Love my Palisade!! I wish Hyundai would make an XL version of it.

Very confortable vehicle and economical ride

I love everything about this vehicle. Second Palisade calligraphy we have had. Highly recommend to family and friends. Very comfortable and lots of room when we travel. I love the heated seats and also the USB chargers it has in the front and back seats. The third row even has them on the side.

Vehicle purchase through the driving experience has been great

It was by far the best vehicle for the money, comfort, reliability, and quality. I researched all of the competition and found this was the best choice for our needs. So far, 1,700 miles into owning this vehicle, we are happy.

Very nice car with loads of tech. Drivability is very good. Finishes are nice. Some styling issues such as the look from the rear are a bit over the top. I am enjoying learning to use all the bells and whistles. Have not taken it in for service , so that remains to be seen. Plenty of pick up. Gas mileage is unknown yet since it only has 1000 mi.

Hyundai Palisade calligraphy is not as safe as my 2018 BMW 5 Series nor is as safe as my 2020 Subaru Outback. The low beam Headlights are dangerous snd the Collison avoidance and automatic braking system doesn't function properly.

Collision avoidance Ildoes not always activate and when it does activate, it is not early enough to prevent a collision. The Low beam Headlights are dangerous.................... ...... .... . .

New vehicle

Wasn’t planning on walking in to get a brand new vehicle, but it’s been amazing so far and I feel safe driving it especially with my kids in the car. Definitely a family vehicle! Would recommend this to other families.

Why not a Hyundai?

The vehicle is very pretty, the interior is a wonderful leather. Very up to date features, easy to use, large screen for radio/GPS. The unlocking of the doors by only using the front door handle is questionable. Also the driver assist cruise control is not smooth and easy to use.

My experience so far

A Solid interior color would look alot better than the 2 tone color. A louder sound system would be better to hear music loudee and or watch videos in a loudee system. better design of the rims would be nice., solid color pain job for exterior color. Folded side mirrors.

Love my Night Edition, wouldn’t have went with anything else!

Love love love the night edition, all of the space and the double sunroof my kids are obsessed with. We have taken it to see Christmas lights and they are over the moon about being able to look up and see above them!

Bells and whistles galore! Except for no 3rd row dome light and electric steering wheel adjustment, the 2024 Palaside is a knock-out vehicle! Quite ride, comfortable seating and conveniences for the driver and passengers is great.

Overall very good

I was surprised by how many engine parts are made of plastic. I had this engine in a Genesis coupe which had much better performance. I really enjoyed the engine power and performance of my 2015 5.0 Genesis sedan the most.
