Best customer service, really went to bat for me, beautiful repair!
I can’t compare their work with any other shops in town, because I’d never go anywhere else! I backed
into our leased Volvo in our driveway, and had to make sure the repairs were up to manufacturers standards. At first the insurance company and Old Dominion were pretty far apart in their estimates, but ultimately I only ended up paying my deductible, and the car looks good as new. Loni and the rest of the service department worked hard to make that happen, and kept me informed every step of the way. I really appreciate them, along with the artisans who repaired my car.
