yft driver to take me home. When I returned to get my car, he asked me if there was anything else my car needed. I told him I love the car, but the heater sucks! Right then we made another appointment to get the heater diagnosed. At that point I knew Mark was really LISTENING to me. I had been told twice before the heater was fine. (Blowing cold air non stop is NOT fine) Thanks to the great mechanic, they diagnosed a faulty fuse. My car was fixed. I now don't get "frozen bones" just driving a short distance. The heater warms up before I am at the end of my short road. THANKS MARK and THANKS to the great mechanic! THANKS for listening to me.

My first time there couple other places quoted me alot more for my transmission -but these guys expla
in what I needed and what I didnt need.I have since took wife car there and also my co-worker loves these guys.Ryan the owner really has a good team Josh has a great personality and Jason will explain things to where you understand it without a big ego like some places. Sure you can find places cheaper-but like my grandma would say you get what you pay for . You may come in for oil change but they may see worn out hoses.What me and my co -worker love is that they text you a detailed report on you car what need to be worked right away then next level then tere a next level its awesome report nevewr had anyone does this before.Plus they are next to fred meyers so I can do my shopping and stop wendys for a bite to bad I didnt know about them before. You will not find a more honest knowledgeable place then Premier dont take my word look at some of there reviews on their site they are not made up either. !!

I had a great experience with Repair Revolution today. I called them because my car was leaking fluid
. They advised me that I would save money if I took the car to the dealership (because it is still under warranty), but offered to do a complimentary fluid check in the meantime. And I am so glad they did, because they found that the dealership had not seated the oil filter properly, and the engine was leaking oil! Gabe took the time to explain everything to me, and even took detailed pictures for me to share with the dealership when I take it in. I left feeling informed and empowered. Thank you so much!

I brought my BMW X5 in to have the A/C Compressor replaced.
They ordered and replaced the a/c compr
essor, they called me to come and pickup the vehicle, I went to pickup the vehicle and when I got there they had checked out ac again only to find out that the new a/c Compressor went out. They immediately ordered a new one and replaced it. No problems no with the a/c.

nd courteous staff and their work is professional and thorough. In my opinion, they have the most reasonable service fees around. I highly recommend!
