he time you walk through the door you actually feel like family, they are so friendly so friendly. We have good conversations and great laughs constantly laughing. His brother's are a joy. I noticed yesterday when I was there the minute a customers came in the door with questions about their car they went back into business mood. I was impressed. The young lady cashier she is so sweet and she's on top of her game. The mechanics that fixes the cars they're good and quick and very very polite. I am a 100% satisfied customer 🙂

You probably wouldn't believe the story when I tell you but to simplify - Battery after battery conti
nued dying - could not determine the drain over a course of MONTHS. Key switch was on and off randomly giving us a fit in addition so we presumed maybe the key switch was the culprit. I had a locksmith break down the entire switch - nothing wrong with it. Back to beginning - had another company determine they couldn't find a drain after 3 days - switch working fine. Next shop determined it possibly was the alternator so we had determined we would replace the alternator first then go back to the switch. For other reasons we didn't have the alternator replaced. Decided to take it Roy's Automotive to have another opinion and through determination they solved the mystery! Hair tie had slid down the gear shifter (out of sight) and into the steering column causing it not to go completely in park on and off times which in turn cause the switch not to work properly which in turn caused the battery to drain. Multiple batteries, 11 months time, 3 shops + Auto Zone, 8634837434 opinions and it was a simple .10 cent hair tie. I AM SCREAMING THANK YOU ROYS AUTOMOTIVE FOR SOLVING THE MYSTERY OF MY MOMS CAR .
